For over a decade Tony has been involved in many industries ranging from importing, landscaping, beauty salons and commercial ventilation. With no experience in any of these fields he has mastered the art of business itself, drawing on key fundamental concepts that he has proven apply anywhere, in any culture. In addition to the above, Tony has consulted and lectured business owners throughout Australia and Asia. It was through these experiences tony realised that all business owners around the world suffer with the same problems.

After studying several business texts, such as Michael Gerber’s E-Myth, Mark Semler’s Maverick and others, studying a complete codified system of management has enable Tony to build several successful businesses, most recently, Chan & Naylor Australia and The Knowledge Centre.

Tony is also a Director Performia Australia, a recruitment company with a difference.  As anyone in business knows, finding the right people and possibly more importantly, helps avoid hiring the wrong people!  Tony first used the Performia system as Managing Director of Chan & Naylor Australia and is happy to admit, “We never would have become the fastest growing accounting firm in Australia without the Performia Recruitment System.” In fact he loved it so much, he jumped at the chance to join on board as a Director in mid 2008.
