    Dear Tony
Just read your book ‘Wealth For Life’. I am a big fan of your work.

Quick question. One of your teachings is to NOT cross collaterize your properties. This is achieved by using a different lender for each property.

My question is this: When you go to different lenders, they will always ask you to list your current assets… what do I say in this case?

If I disclose, they will cross collaterize & use my property as security; if I don’t disclose this would be misleading.

What is the best way to handle the situation?

    Appreciate your advice.

  2. Hi Alan,

You simply asked them NOT to cross collaterize or you’ll go to another bank!
